Karen has more than 40 years of experience in supply management for indirect spend categories, gained by working within companies operating in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods and technology sectors.  This includes leading global strategic sourcing and spend management initiatives, as well as developing and managing systems and processes to improve Procurement’s operational, strategic and analytical capabilities, and overall value delivery.  Her credentials include being a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) by the Institute of Supply Management (ISM), as well as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).
