ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF YOUR TEAM

I can strongly recommend joining the CASME sessions as they are extremely useful. The quality of the discussion is really high, because CASME puts you in contact with professional colleagues around the world. 

The more you share, the more value you will be able to get out of it; for example, to build your strategies or improve your results as Procurement supports the overall company targets.  Moreover, during uncertain periods such as the one we’re all experiencing now, it is really important to invest in yourself to be ready for the future. 

Last but not least, it is really a lot of fun.          

A great balance of depth of content, making the meeting valuable for both professionals new to the category, as well as seasoned logistics experts. It makes such a difference to have a true peer-to-peer dialogue without a sponsor or vendor that has a default agenda in between, as the panelists are able to speak freely and honestly.

This is a phenomenal forum that provides real-time support with peers who have equal stake in the game, regardless of their programme level. It's extremely helpful to hear that we are not alone. I've attended a lot of training in my career and this definitely ranks near the top.

It was great hearing different insights and alignment on the common challenges that Procurement faces, both from the market and stakeholders.
