Victoria Folbigg

Victoria Folbigg took up the role of CASME CEO in September 2026. She is a procurement leader, advisor and educator with nearly 30 years’ experience in global procurement, commercial strategy and transformation. A former CPO, she has worked across industries and geographies at the intersection of procurement, technology and business decision-making. She founded an AI education initiative for procurement professionals, focused on practical, responsible adoption that strengthens judgement, decision quality and commercial outcomes, rather than tool overload. She has advised boards and senior leaders on procurement capability, operating models and the human impact of AI-enabled change.
