Charlotte has over 30 years of supplier management experience gained by working in leadership roles at a major manufacturing company. During her career, she has led teams responsible for delivering facilities, security and human resource services, and also has category knowledge of IT, logistics, professional services, temporary labour and business travel. Under her leadership, her teams have implemented processes and tools for category planning, strategic sourcing and contract management, organisational change management and process improvement.
