Email Marketing Administrator 
Part-time  

The Email Marketing Administrator will play a key role within our growing marketing team, with specific responsibility for managing and delivering a busy email communication schedule and eventually assisting with the integration of our marketing emails (1PointMail) with an upgraded CRM/CMS system.

The successful candidate will manage the way we interact with our key audiences via email to achieve long-term engagement resulting in more: subscriptions to our services, awareness amongst our members; attendance at our events and conferences; participation in our benchmarking surveys.

We are looking for a team-player with experience of:

  • Email delivery platforms for direct marketing – building, scheduling and reporting on email marketing campaigns
  • Working with a range of stakeholders, while planning, project managing and delivering successful email campaigns
  • Database segmentation and targeting
  • Integrating email systems with CRM
  • Using design packages such as InDesign and Photoshop (desirable)
  • Coordinating email plans with a range of digital and social media channels to communicate with different audiences (desirable).

Required skills:

  • Digital design talent and creativity
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and data protection regulations
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, which you can adapt for different audiences, proofreading skills and accuracy a must
  • Organisational skills – ability to work with minimum supervision to a high standard, prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
     

Operations Executive
Full-time 

The Operations Executive will play a key role within our well-established Operations team, with specific responsibility for; preparing and co-ordinating our range of virtual web-audio events, controlling of client-facing master data and a producing a range of regular and ad-hoc reports.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for:

  • Preparing for providing live support during our virtual events
  • Liaising directly with our clients to ensure master data alignment
  • Producing and improving our reporting.

We are looking for a team-player with experience of:

  • Consistently following processes – no mavericks please
  • Working semi-independently, effective prioritisation and taking responsibility.

Required skills:

  • High level of IT literacy, including intermediate to advanced Excel experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – good influencing skills
  • Well-honed organisational skills – ability to work to a consistently high standard of accuracy, prioritise workload and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
