New Benchmarking Series announced
Following the success of the Best-in-Class pilot, CASME will shortly unveil an enhanced range of topics to be incorporated into the overall benchmarking programme.
The Best-in-Class studies, which are open to procurement specialists working at a senior level, represent an opportunity to externally benchmark the performance of specific procurement categories with other organisations.
To take part in the benchmarking study, participants are required to complete an anonymous online survey. Identities are concealed enabling companies to benchmark their procurement performance in confidence. In return participants receive an unattributed Best-in-Class report, together with a bespoke maturity matrix and comparative index. Highlights include the ability to gauge the level of procurement maturity in comparison with other organisations, and to identify strengths and potential areas for improvement.
The new Best-in-Class programme will be announced shortly. In the mean time, there are a range of current studies covering Logistics, Marketing Services, Facilities Management, Travel, MRO and Public Relations and Corporate Communications, which are open to participation by senior procurement professionals and category managers.
